Kristen Dobson
Kristen graduated from Kikkawa College in 1996 and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. With over 20 years of massage therapy clinical experience she has developed a strong intuitive skill set in addition to an extensive knowledge of the human body.
In the past 2 decades Kristen has received certification in Reiki, Reflexology, labour support and delivery, lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release and hot stone massage. Her pursuits also include completing a 200hr yoga teacher training, an in-depth course in Aromatherapy and Bach Flower remedies and most recently certification in Cupping.
She is a firm believer in the mind /body connection and recognizes the impact that both stress and tension have on our systems. Her love for serving the community through health care inspires her to strive to continually expand her awareness of complementary medicine, nutrition and alternative therapies as a means to promote natural healing and wellness in the body.
Kelly Walsh
Kelly graduated from Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology Degree in 2009. From there she went on to complete her Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences - Athletic Therapy Degree at Sheridan College in 2012. She was the Silver Medal recipient, a distinction which is given to the graduating student with the highest-grade point average. Kelly’s thirst for knowledge eventually drove her back to school where she received her Massage Therapy Diploma in 2016. She is a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist and a Certified Athletic Therapist.
Kelly aspires to help as many people as she can. Through continued education, she evolves and grows as a practitioner which is very important to her. Since graduation as a RMT she has further completed continuing education courses in Pregnancy Massage as well as Caesarian Birth Self Care. Kelly’s extensive studies helps her to individualize each treatment meeting the needs of clients with variety of ailments. She utilizes Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, as well as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, stretching and hydrotherapy within her treatments.
Kelly grew up playing high level sports, specifically rep hockey and rep fastpitch. She was inducted into the Brampton Sports Hall of Fame in 2017 for her accomplishments. In her spare time, Kelly loves to read and spend quality time with her family and friends.
Sydney Hill
Sydney Hill, RMT graduated from the Barrie Georgian College Massage Therapy program in 2020. For the duration of her 3 years in school, Sydney’s impressive work and academic achievement earned her both honours and the distinction of having a spot on the Dean’s list. As an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in good standing, Sydney strives to help others and is dedicated to the health care field. Her devotion to assist clients in a therapeutic manner is one of her primary goals as a therapist.
Sydney’s athletic attributes, specifically her commitment to hockey since her early years, gives her the unique ability to relate to clients in varying degrees. Her understanding from both a personal level and a mechanical level of injury and body awareness are a key component to the treatments she offers. Additionally, Sydney pulls extensive knowledge from the condition specific practical situations she was able to participate in over her years in outreach - ranging from pre/post natal and infant care, sports rehabilitation, fibromyalgia, other complex care and disease treatments and inclusive of all musculoskeletal ailments and general relaxation massage.
Sydney is passionate about understanding each client’s specific needs. As such, she utilizes the most beneficial and effective approach possible through the use of various modalities including; Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, hydrotherapy and joint mobilizations. Through a regular massage regime Sydney believes that the mind, body and spirit are greatly enhanced.
